Payment Options

We gladly accept MasterCard VISA, Discover, Paypal & check or money orders.

We recommend that you place your order online for greatest efficiency; however we also understand that not everyone is comfortable with e-commerce.

To place your order via telephone or mail, proceed normally through the online ordering sequence.  Prior to entering a secured server environment, you will be given an opportunity to print out a hardcopy of your order which will aid you in placing an order off-line.

United States Postal System Money Orders are the preferred means of payment by mail.  Personal checks drawn against account in US banks will also be accepted; however, please allow 15 to 20 days for checks to clear.  

All funds must be in US dollars and made payable to Art in the Village.

You can give us a call at 320-354-5753. Our regular hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

RETAIL LOCATION

If you are in the Central Minnesota area, stop in and visit us at our retail location. We are located in New London at 55 Main Street S. Store hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Complaints

If you have a complaint of any nature please contact us immediately by e-mail, mail, telephone or fax. If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we will contact you within two business days to offer you an expected timetable for resolving the complaint.

Art in the Village was created by artists for artists.. We are delighted when customers and visitors make suggestions. Please contact us by phone, fax, e-mail, or mail with any suggestions you might have and we will respond within seven business days. We are always searching for new product lines to add to our site. The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make.

COMMUNICATIONS TO YOU
You agree that Art in the Village may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of your order status. You will receive an automated response upon completion of the on-line ordering process. You will also receive an e-mail from us when your item ships. We may also need to e-mail you if there is a problem with your order. If you would like to be on our regular mailing list, check the "newsletter" box during checkout.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Art in the Village does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Minnesota, County of Kandiyohi.

TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Art in the Village. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Art in the Village also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Art in the Village sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Art in the Village, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
